Success is born from mastering the art of navigating setbacks. Imagine a sailor who, instead of fearing the storm, learns to read the wind and waves. He doesn’t curse the rough seas but sees them as teachers, each crash of the water against his ship a lesson in resilience. Just as a sculptor chisels away at a block of marble, refining it bit by bit until a masterpiece emerges, a person must shape and reshape their approach, learning from each misstep to carve out their own path to greatness.

Failure, then, becomes like the soil to a gardener—it may appear barren at first, but when tended to with care, it nourishes the roots of future achievements. In this way, every setback isn’t a defeat but a stepping stone, turning obstacles into opportunities and mistakes into markers that guide the way forward.
