This is part of the Almighty’s plan, and we are meant to face difficulties throughout our lives. To shield ourselves from negativity, we must adopt positive thinking. Refrain from reacting when provoked. Negative experiences are an unavoidable part of everyone’s journey, but maintaining a positive outlook is our key to achieving peace, happiness, and eternity.
