These are my articles written over time. Please feel free to ask questions about any post.

Imagine our minds as gardens, where our thoughts are seeds. When negative thoughts are planted, they grow into thorny bushes, tangling our emotions in their prickly vines. Anger, hate and jealousy are like weeds, thriving in the fertile soil of unchecked negativity. Instead of merely pruning these overgrown emotions, we must unearth their roots to truly understand their source. Just as a skilled gardener examines the soil for nutrient deficiencies, we must explore the depths of our minds to discover what nourishes these troublesome emotions. By shining a light on the shadows of our psyche, we can cultivate a garden of emotional resilience, uprooting negativity and planting seeds of healing in its place.
