Whenever we attempt to conceptualize something or form an opinion, if we observe closely, it is invariably rooted in comparison. Our reasoning, whether applied to scientific understanding or everyday observations, is based on analogies and similarities. Yet, all prophets and messengers have conveyed a profound truth: nothing within this world—bound by space, time, and matter—can even faintly resemble the being of the Almighty. This signifies that both His essence and His attributes are beyond the reach of human comprehension, and His acts of ‘Creation and Command’ are similarly beyond the grasp of our understanding.
Since we cannot transcend the boundaries of our reason, the material world, experience, or the confines of time and space, every attempt to understand the Almighty leaves us entangled within these limitations. Our minds are not equipped to draw analogies between the Almighty and anything within our sphere of experience. We cannot imagine a time when He did not exist, nor can we conceive of a moment when time exists without Him. He transcends the constraints of time and space, which is why His knowledge is all-encompassing. This is also why His justice will prevail on the Day of Judgment against those who commit atrocities and take innocent lives—they will awaken to this reality after death.
